Monday: 1400; cardio AM and PM
Tuesday: 1500; strength AM and cardio PM
Wednesday: 1400; cardio AM and PM
Thursday: 1500; strength with cardio AM and cardio PM
Friday: 1400; (strength AM?) and cardio PM
Saturday: splurge and cardio--weigh in and measurement day
Sunday: 1500; cardio
